Forevership Agreement

Forevership provides eligible members with one (1) waived delivery fee per calendar day. It does not include food costs, restaurant charges, taxes, additional mileage beyond the service area, or after-hours surcharges. It covers only the standard Dinnerbell delivery fee.

Forevership benefits apply only to deliveries within a twelve (12) mile radius of Dinnerbell's designated operating zone. Requests beyond 12 miles are not included and may be declined or subject to additional fees at Dinnerbell's sole discretion.

Forevership includes one (1) waived delivery fee per calendar day. The benefit resets at 12:00 AM local time. Unused daily benefits do not roll over, accumulate, stack, or convert to cash value.

Forevership is linked to one primary delivery address and is non-transferable. Benefits apply only to the registered address associated with the Forevership account. Address changes may be approved at Dinnerbell's discretion.

All services, including Forevership deliveries, are subject to driver availability and operational capacity. Forevership grants eligibility to request service but does not guarantee fulfillment.

Forevership deliveries are subject to posted business hours. Extended-hour requests may be submitted but are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.

Forevership may be suspended or revoked for misuse, including stacking attempts, account sharing, false address reporting, or fraudulent activity. Dinnerbell retains sole discretion in determining misuse.

If Dinnerbell LLC cancels or permanently discontinues the Forevership program, the member shall be entitled to a 100% refund of the original Forevership purchase price. If a Forevership member voluntarily cancels their Forevership, the member shall receive a refund of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000), provided the account is in good standing and not in violation of this Agreement.

Forevership has no cash value beyond the refund terms stated herein and cannot be transferred, resold, or assigned.

Dinnerbell LLC reserves the right to modify, restructure, or discontinue Forevership benefits due to operational, financial, regulatory, or structural business changes. Forevership does not create a perpetual guaranteed service obligation independent of business viability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dinnerbell LLC's liability under Forevership shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Forevership.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

By purchasing or using Forevership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.
